This Saturday night (February 1st) in Monte Carlo, Monaco, WBA middleweight champion Gennady “GGG” Golovkin *(28-0-25 KOs) will look to continue his charging crusade across the middleweight division, as he defends his WBA and IBO straps against former World title challenger and Ghana’s first middleweight title holder, Osumanu Adama (22-3-16 KOs), *in a bill titled “Monte Carlo night of champions”.*

Some really interesting fights through out this card. Loreto v Joyi should be a LOT more interesting than the records would have you believe as well.

Scott-

The only one that doesn't interest me much is on the top of the bill. GGG's going to make easy work of the Ghanian.

Also on the undercard is the powerful CW prospect Llunga Makabu.

A lot of folks are excited about this guy, though personallly I think he's a little slow, and his balance is terrible. - but he sure can hit, and lord knows the CW division needs all the prospects it can get.

Makabu was supposed to face Nathan Cleverly, but Cleverly (wisely) pulled out. Now Makabu faces the unknown African fighter Rubin Mino. - It's still an interesting fight, because Mino (against only local talent) is 20 (20) - 0. Even against Nigerian cab drivers, that 'aint hay.
