LondonRingRules
--- Long Island vs Philly this Saturday in Jersey when Joe Jr tackles son of Cyclone Hart. Tough fight with the winner getting a title shot. Joe more experienced at the top end with more power still going to have to earn it the hard way.
Cableaddict
"Do you still have a future in pro boxing?" Somebody's "no" has got to go !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -------------------------------- Can't wait for this one. My money's on Hart, who struck me as a future superstar back in the day. Hard to say now. I must admit, I haven't seen either of his fights with Surdo, but I wouldn't be surprised if they were both robberies. Smith is exactly what he is. - but if he wins, then that doesn't suck, either. Good fight ! Edited January 8, 2020 by Cableaddict
selij
In UK best prices: Hart is 1/4 Smith is 7/2 Draw is 26/1 Hart is drifting in the betting and money is piling on for Smith (so his odds shortening by the hour if you like a wager)
LondonRingRules
--- Both made weight with Hart at the 175 lb limit. Be a great fight if the officials can mind their manners. I got Joe.

Surely Hart will be too quick and slick? That's how I see it.

WelshDevilRob
Think it could go either way. Hart gets tagged and I'm not convinced he's the most resilient. No quit in him but he's there to be sparked.

I dont have it as wide as they do but Im going with Hart. Smith's an awkward customer.

Cableaddict
I was very impressed with Smith. His ability to control the ring was really impressive. And he didn't gas after 10 hard rounds, so his conditioning is obviously good. Someone's doing a great job with him. His offense is still mostly meat & potatoes, but he went to the body well, and dat uppercut, whew. It just needs a little more accuracy. I can't see him beating the top guys in the division, but if he keeps improving, it could be a very fun ride. ------------------------- Looks like the beginning of the end for the once very-promising Hart. Well, so it goes. And you gotta' love that one judge! - Not to mention Harvey Dock, who failed to call a KD in the 9th when Hart was punched into the ropes, and who then stopped the action to look at a rather average cut, giving Hart a break. Same as it ever was ............... Edited January 15, 2020 by Cableaddict
selij
Smith was unquestionably being 'looked after' FTW in this. Obv some big money from some naughty men heavily invested there with the odds being massively against Smith. Smith on the front foot most of the fight but missing with 75% of shots. SOG only had Hart winning one round - R3 ! I was neutral on this - no fan of either - so lets see what the future holds for Joe. Massive wild west style brawl in the crowd which delayed the result announcement :haha: --- Sonny with a pornographic fight result: Curtis Head vs Sonny Conto 4 rounds, heavyweight HD-720p@60fps - https://yadi.sk/d/vaKecOmiO3LUpQ (usual forum password for Rar archive) Full undercard in HD posted here: https://www.koboxingforum.com/forum/...004#post967004 Full main card in HD posted here: https://www.koboxingforum.com/forum/...005#post967005
Ton
Who you got Seli? Surely Hart will be too quick and slick? That's how I see it. Gotta add this one into my very bad calls!! Hart not as slick as I thought, maybe I was mixing him up with someone else. Not sure on these theories, Smith Jr just walked him down and threw leather which Hart didn't seem to know what to do about. Decent win for Smith. Cableaddict
Conto - Head isn't even worth searching for. Fat-ass Head hadn't even been training, ( a last-minute opponent, and 30-40 lbs overweight) and he clearly took a dive at the first possible moment. I understand the concept of padding a young fighter's record, but so far Conto's opponent list would make Deontay Wilder hide in shame. WTF are his people doing? repsac
I did the AC double header. Went to the Shields fight on friday night, then to the Top Rank card the next day. Good times. Highlight of the night was winning some money i made at the sports book on Joe Smith, although that one score card got me nervous. Rob Brant is a really cool guy to chat with. Added another 4 gloves to my collection. Got Boots, Mo Hooker, Anthony Dirrel and Herring.
