Bika wants Froch unification fight

WBC super middleweight champion Sakio Bika (32-5-3, 21 KO’s) smells blood and weakness from IBF/WBA super middleweight champion Carl Froch (32-2, 23 KO’s) following his controversial 9th round stoppage victory over George Groves last month, and Bika wants to fight Froch next to take his belts from him once and for all.

Bika saw how Froch was badly hurt by Groves in getting knocked down hard in the 1st round of their fight, and he feels that Froch was extremely fortunate when the British referee Howard John Foster stepped in to halt the fight in the 9th round when Groves wasn’t hurt.

Is Bika gonna get the fight lads............or will The Swerver duck him, too............? [sel lights the touchpaper and stands back].

Re: Bika wants Froch unification fight

Why would Froch choose to fight such an awkward fighter unless he had to. In any case, let's not get carried away, it wasn't that long ago that Froch well beat Kessler. Despite the Groves performance we shouldn't write him off. Would be far too good for Bika.

Re: Bika wants Froch unification fight

Everyone is far too good for Bika, whose only abilities are mauling and fouling. Still, he does have a belt and I'm all in favour of champions unifying, so if it were to go ahead it would be justifiable but disappointing.

--- WBC supermid title has aged faster than old man Bika with title bouts against Periban and Dog Dirrell. Must be a spat with the very ill Suliman to abandon Andre Ward so quickly.

Froch has better options at any rate.
