  1. Re: What does the future hold for Dillian Whyte? Future of Dillian whyte Looks bright. He is a tough guy with, determined approach knows how defy the odds and come out on the top. As my thought came right, Hughie Fury (20-0, 1- KOs) turned down which would had been very tough and interesting fight against Dillian Whyte (16-1, 13 KOs) for the vacant British heavyweight title.
  2. Re: SPOILER- Upset of the year? Poland boxer Krzystof Glowacki win over Germany’s Marco Huck can be called as upset of the year
  3. Re: Name prospects that you believe can do well in boxing With 32 knockouts in his 35 matches, Kazakh Boxer Gennady Golovkin - He have already started making his presence felt in the boxing world. Remember how he literary demolished Dominic Wade(unbeaten until his fight with Gennady Golovkin) and knocked him out with 23 seconds.
  4. Re: Andy Ruiz I just saw their fight, Andy Ruiz had impressive fourth round TKO over 45 year Ray Austin but too be frank if he ever gets matched with a half-decent heavyweight he might have tough time, but I would say Ray Austin doesn't fit into this category, Luckily he have never had fight with top UK heavyweights Ooops, just forget to tell too many tottoos, Last time when I saw Andy Ruiz he didn't have many.
  5. Re: Povetkin fails VADA testing As per one of the website named "bloodyelbow.com", Alexander Povetkin had taken meldonium in September last year and at that time this drug was permitted and since January he has not been taking this drug, but theoretically meldonium might have remained in the blood The match between Deontay Wilder and Alexander Povetkin have been postponed by WBC due to this test...Source - ESPN
  6. Re: Joshua Parker-can he beat Fury? Right now these are two best young Heavyweight boxers in boxing arena and it's hard to say if Joshua Parker can beat fury or not, but from my personal favoritism I would say he can, assuming that he keeps on improving.
  7. Re: Amir Khan better than Ricky Hatton! This is close one but personally I would say that A fully fit Hatton would be better than Amir khan him.
  8. Re: Finally Artur Beterbiev is back Looking forward to see Artur Beterbiev Beterbiev back in the ring hoping that we can see him into a major fight before this year ends. Just Curious to see how he looks after the surgery.
  9. Re: A potential American Star? This lad has some good stuff to show-up in near future I watched this kid, I see him as a total package he is skilled, slick, he is got solid defense, speed, Good reach and Good height for lower weight classes and moreover he is just 16. I hope and expect that Floyd shouldn't rush him (prematurely) into a title fight.
  10. Re: Who is Scotland's next boxing star? Even I believe Gary Cornish has lot to offer, he still is a potential boxer, who can anytime fight his way back to the top of stardom.
  11. Re: KO Boxing Forum App - Read and Reply to threads I can give it a try, can you tell me something about this app, I mean some bit of it to be frank , until you give some goody points about this app not too many might be interested ...
  12. Re: Amir Khan Only Plans 3 To 4 More Fights - Kell Brook Ruled Out I don't think Khan should be hanging his gloves he still has in him and he is just 29 year old with few more of his career with him in-case he thinks otherwise.
  13. Re: Amir Khan Only Plans 3 To 4 More Fights - Kell Brook Ruled Out if that is the case then he will have to choose fights carefully as he already have 2 in the list of his desires to fight with Amir Khan has been chasing and has time again told about his desire to fight Manny Pacquiao (which i think is not gonna happen) and his next desire is to fight Indian boxer vijender singh which again has some techincality issue as both fight in different weight categories (but is possible if one increase or other decreases weight)
  14. Re: Find me a fighter To be frank , I have never liked slow and defensive boxer, Quite few boxer in the boxing arena are so defensive that their fights are not real fights but tactful collection of points. Slow games i bloody hate watching...thats why i goto youtube to see highlights of any boxing match. I am huge fan of speed irrespective of power. I am huge fan of southpaw Manny Pacquiao, his speed of punches is something I love.
  15. Canelo Alvarez vs Amir Khan Match Highlights https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MEPF5rtjt8I I am hoping that Amir Khan recovers fully and he shows up same version in his next fight.By 6th round Canelo Canelo's body work slowed down Amir Khan, you can easily see difference in the way khan moved. I am not really sure if anyone in welterweight division has got ability go to the body as Canelo has and I believe Amir Khan could be potential welterweight champ (wouldn't that be something?).
  16. Re: What about Andy Ruiz jr? Andy Ruiz Jr will be facing Ray Austin today on 14th May. He was always a talented boxer and his skills were and are often overlooked due to his flabby body. He has droped some weight for his fights. Fight will be in a Solo Boxeo Tecate card on UniMás what do you guys make of 45 year old Ray Austin against Andy Ruiz Jr ? Looking forward for this fight to happen :)
  17. Re: Who is Scotland's next boxing star? Josh Taylor can be call as Scotland's next boxing star Few days back I watched video of Josh Taylor on the undercard of Frampton/Quigg and I was really impressed with this young lad. He might be only 4-0 as a pro but some what his amateur pedigree seems to be very good, he won gold medal at the Commonwealth games held in Scotland on 2014. Could be that its still his early days and I might be getting over-excited for this Scottish boxer, but I certainly believe that this kid is somewhat special, Just keep an eye on him, over next year or so he will clean up domestically and in next 2 years he would be pushing for world titles.
  18. Re: Best jab in current boxing? I would say for all time, majority of the fighters have always been confined to one or two type of effective jab, but Benny Leonard have had everything in him rapier, Paw, machine gun, telephone pole and many more. There are many more whom i would count in this categories such as Sonny Liston whose jab could had been labeled as “The Liston Piston” as it was struck some sheer brutal force. Tommy Hearns, Tommy Loughran and Larry Holmes are some others who had best jabs among all.
  19. I was just wondering Which is most brutal knockout in boxing history ? As per me most brutal knockout in boxing history would be fight between Shavers-Ellis, where in Shavers hit uppercut to Ellis the first round of the match and somewhat for a second it looked like Jimmy was having some kind of seizure. Tnx
