RAZZ-MCFC
Massive step down in my opinion. I understand he lost his last fight but come on, he should still be fighting better than this guy. BoxingScene.com has been advised that a deal has been reached for a fight between former WBO featherweight champion Juan Manuel Lopez (30-1, 27KOs), and Mike Oliver (25-2, 8KOs), for October 1 at the Coliseo Ruben Rodriguez in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. Lopez is trying to get back to his winning ways after losing his WBO title by way of a technical knockout to Orlando Salido in the seventh round of their April fight. A press conference will take place this week in Puerto Rico to officially announce Lopez-Oliver. http://www.boxingscene.com/?m=show&opt=printable&id=42743
gavpowell
Lopez very rarely steps up, so the best he can usually do is stay on the level.
londoner
I think it's a fairly decent fight considering he's coming off a loss and Salido, De Leon, Gamboa etc were all busy.
