Joe Ko
Either fight is a great fight, 50/50 fights. I just wonder if David Price with cancel the Mcdermott fight to take this? More boxing on terrestial tv. I actually think Price would beat Fury.

The_budweiser
http://www.irish-boxing.com/2011/08/tyson-furious-search-for-an-opponent-turns-to-collie-barrett/ Tyson Fury’s search for an opponent for his purposed Belfast ‘homecoming’ continues after Eddie Hearn confirmed Mike Perez will be appearing on the under card of Paul McCloskey’s world title eliminator with Bredis Prescott. The Cuban Rebel was offered a shot at the British and Commonwealth champion this week, but seems to have turned the fight down in favour of a clash in the Odyssey Arena just 7 days earlier. The winner of Prizefighter the internationals joined Martin Rogan in rejecting Fury’s advances and the Manchester based big man will now turn his attention to Irish champion Coleman Barrett. Team Fury contacted irish-boxing.com in a bid to make contact with the cousin of former Irish Olympian Francie Barrett having read the following the story It now seems Fury might get the chance to add the Irish strap to his British and Commonwealth crowns. WelshDevilRob
So its all down to David Price. These sort of things have to be pretty high offers to get managers/promoters to risk their cash cows at such an early stage.
RAZZ-MCFC
I said immediately after Fury-Chisora i wanted Fury-Price! I pick Price to win as well, a much better boxer than Fury and much better power. The only problem is his chin which isn't as good as Fury's
brooklynbrawler
Brilliant news, not so much the Coleman Barrett fight, but any of the above being on Ch 5 is a double bonus imo. Would be great to see them keep up the boxing coverage, especially after the success Fury vs Chisora brought. It's tough to bet against David Price right now, but likewise for Fury. That would be the ultimate heavyweight fight in the UK right now.
