Bradley - 'Khan fight will be on my terms'

Can someone explain whats happening with Bradley and his contract? A while ago, I was under the impression that he wanted out from Gary Shaw Promotions but had 1 fight left on the contract. He either didn't want that to be a meaningful fight or he wanted a Superfight of his choice - not sure which?

I know he seems to be getting grief but I can understand if he just wants to get himself in a better position. But I haven't followed the situation like others, so whats the deal with Bradley?

Rob-

He still had a fight that HBO owed him from the agreement they'd made for the Alexander fight, and turned down a few suggested opponents. He actually could've had the Khan fight if he'd have wanted it. Last I heard, Shaw was suing Bradley for monies he would have received from that remaining HBO Fight that Bradley apparently isn't going to exercise (it had a time limit on it, which I think has passed). I've been expecting Bradley to end up with Top Rank, have TR pay off Shaw, and then fight one of Arum's guys, but maybe Bob's not interested in having Tim as option for his JWW-WW guys....or is letting him sweat ;) For being in a sweet position just six months ago, Bradley's not in a very enviable one right now.

i thought Shaw was suing Bradley because he turned down the Khan fight which would of been the biggest earner to date for both Bradley and Shaw?

i think this is pretty old, and it's elie seckbach, so it's kinda useless at this point

if these two fight, and i'm skeptical, it'll be at welter

i would of thought it'd be at 140, to prove who the undisputed champ is

it would have been, had the fight been made as originally thought in july. but now i'm betting tim takes a gimmie fight whenever he gets his contract sorted out, and all the while khan will keep on keepin' on and move up to welterweight
