WelshDevilRob
He's cocky and brash and 14-0, with 12 KOs. The 26-year-old, Las Vegas resident known as Rolly, gets his big shot this Saturday. Gervonta (26-0, 24 KOs), has been making noises of leaving Uncle Floyd, after this fight. Is he fully focused? It's a WBA unification between regular and interim, it's PPV in the USA. Is anyone excited for this, or more focused on Kambosos vs Haney?
Ledhed1
Tank has certainly had a tougher than expected time his last 2 fights but has managed to come through. Rolly seems to be a Tank wanna-be rather than the more focused Barrios and Cruz who gave Tank fits. Another notch in building Tank into the PPV headliner PBC is molding. What's happening here is a parade of PPVs presenting Tank as the PBC champion. He's stated himself he's not concerned with Kambosos, Haney, Teofimo, Loma, KingRy. He's letting Haymon/Floyd line up whichever opponents they deem fit to build that brand. Competitively a loss in any of these fights does more harm than a victory does to benefit Tank; he's clearly a top contender so these high wire acts continue to be compelling. Bring on Kambosos-Haney for all the marbles; perhaps Tank will one day elevate his competitive side at least level with the business end and test himself against the elite of the division. Lord knows there's plenty of such opponents to choose from. PBC's gonna soon run outta B sides.
LondonRingRules
- - I figure no matter who wins, boxing loses as these guys ain't anything to enhance the public profile of boxing.
Cableaddict
Rolly seems to be a Tank wanna-be rather than the more focused Barrios and Cruz who gave Tank fits. . Agreed. But that does open up the possibility of a KO upset. Rolly seems to have as much power as Davis, just not the same level of defense. These guys will both be wailing away, and with such an untested fighter, anything is possible. I wouldn't bet onRolly winning, but an upset definitely wouldn't surprise me, either. I'd love to see that cheating little shit Davis humiliated. Edited May 29, 2022 by Cableaddict

LondonRingRules
- - Well, the woman beater beat the woman beater, but somehow this is the best boxing can do for news this weekend?
Cableaddict
Tank gifted a BS stoppage, against a dangerous puncher who had credible chance. Same as it ever was.
