DK actually named in the process. So Heredia are in no doubt as to who finances MTK and how its possible, and who is actually in charge, despite the smoke and mirrors act.

The RICO act is air tight, there is an interview with the law professor that wrote it, in Fear City on Netflix, if you want to find out the ins and outs of it. I wonder does the US have an extradition treaty with Dubai ? RICO is a federal law so the big guns are pointed at him now, DEA, FBI, Dept of Revenue all with unlimited resources.

--- -Been a slow January. Good news is my library is finally shaping up quite nicely such that it can be as as a stand alone engineered work of literary art.

Although I am pleased for your library and all things literary (I even bought your last book).... pray, what has this to do with the Kinahan mob obliterating boxing in the Irish republic ?

Hitman in Kinahan-Hutch feud murder due to be sentenced next month

A HITMAN convicted of the attempted murder of Hutch associate James 'Mago' Gately faces up to life imprisonment when he is sentenced next month.

The Special Criminal Court had previously found that Caolan Smyth (29) was the man who shot and seriously injured Gately (32) at a north Dublin filling station four years ago.

He was shot five times as he sat in his car at the Topaz garage on the Clonshaugh Road at lunchtime on May 10, 2017.

Gately, who was warned by gardaí of a threat to his life and wore a bullet-proof vest, survived the shooting after sustaining injuries to his upper chest and neck.

The botched murder was linked to the ongoing Hutch/Kinahan feud which has claimed up to 18 lives. It was the second attempt on Gately's life that year after gardaí had previously foiled a planned assassination attempt on him in Belfast.

This morning the case of Caolan Smyth and his co-accused, Gary McAreavey (53), found guilty for his part in the burning of the getaway car, was before the non-jury court for sentencing.

** A top boxing trainer shot and badly wounded in Spain outside DK's villa (Jamie Moore). A former boxer (Gerard 'Hatchet' Kavanagh, uncle of MTK boxer, Jamie Kavanagh) executed in broad daylight in Spain. Gerry Hutch's nephew (who at the time was working for the KOCG) shot dead at a poolside in Spain. And a gangland killing with 2 others seriously injured by gunshots at a weigh-in for a European title fight in a Dublin hotel where DK was the intended target, but escaped. 16 revenge killings later........is Irish organised crime involved in professional boxing ?**

Reporter Darragh MacIntyre investigates the murky world behind the glamour of the big fights and the suspected gangster who has been welcomed to boxing’s top table. Daniel Kinahan has been named in the courts as the head of one of Europe’s biggest drug cartels. So how did he become involved in setting up Britain’s biggest ever bout – the fight between Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua to become the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world?

Image : Judge found Liam Brannigan (37) at ‘centre of the wheel’ in plot to kill Gary Hanley in Dublin on behalf of the KOCG. Brannigan is pictured here 'conversing' with DK in a blue £1200 Canada Goose brand jacket despite receiving unemployment payments as his only income.

--- Will the people even care?

Well I care that a money laundering front for the Irish mafia own over 200+ boxers. And the families and fatherless children of the innocent people murdered 'in error' by the cartel certainly care.

--- Not interested in a lying interview, but I'd assume he's spreading the milk of his mother's kindness here like the good boy he is... https://talksport.com/sport/boxing/8...nthony-joshua/

As predicted, he didn't appear live on the airwaves, a Talksport staff member narrated the 'exclusive statement' on his behalf, but it was more or less word for word the previously released 'full statement' reproduced here:

In full: public statement issued by Daniel Kinahan - SundayWorld.com

And yes the predicted garbage, never been convicted of any offence (neither was Jimmy Savile), media is lying and working on unsubstantiated evidence, I can never get a fair trial anywhere in the world now, I love God and thank him every day for my family and children. Been snorting too much of his own gear by the sounds of it.

The answer is quite simple - if he isn't the day-to-day leader of one of Europe's biggest drugs cartels, then go back to Ireland and sue over the unsubstantiated claims using your very expensive lawyers.

Plenty of coverage and viewership on this seemingly! A lot of people going with the "so what, boxing has always been corrupt" viewpoint but this is next level stuff. It's not just a bunch of bullys threatening to break someones legs if they don't take a dive. They are killing people left right and center.

I bet Fury and Kinahan wish Tyson never used his name so prominantly in that video he posted.

Ultimately what does this documentary apart from expose the existence of a mob box within the sport? His role as "advisor" is a personal matter and thus nothing anyone within boxing can do about it.

Kinahan will remain in his spot. Promotors will have no option but to do business with him on behalf of the likes of Fury and Billy Joe Saunders who seem to worship him.

Only the authorities will be able to get rid of the cartel, if they manage to make a conviction stick.

I'll draw everyone attention back to this little matter - if he ignores this - the DEA and FBI will be battering his door down, ex-Russian special services protection team or not.

But this was back in December....and isn't he holed up in Saudi?

How are they going to batter his door down if he's in hiding over there, unless they go in undercover?

December was when the papers were filed, he's due to answer the charges this coming week (I believe).

He's holed up in Dubai protected by ex Russian special services bodyguards. The FBI went to his wedding - uninvited. If the FBI / DEA want him, they'll just take him.
