LondonRingRules
Re: Is Nathan Gorman ready for Alex Leapai? --- Last I heard Leapai retired a couple years back with serious health issues. My guess is he needs an easy payday how ever which way anyone might consider.

Cableaddict
Re: Is Nathan Gorman ready for Alex Leapai? I didn't even think Leapai was still fighting. I dunno about Gorman, though. All he really has s a big right hand. As I've said before: He occasionally throws a hook, or an uppercut, but they're terrible, because he never leaves the "power right hand" stance. He throws both of those punches of his front foot, fer chissakes. When you combine that with his short 73" reach, it's a wonder that he has the record he has. Must be a bunch of guys that could even beat Wilder's past opponents. ;-) Leapai has no chance of winning by KO, of course, but he might be slippery enough to stay away from Gorman's right hand, in which case it goes 12 rounds. The cards have no doubt already been filled in, 100 - 90 for Gorman, but t could be reasonably close in reality. - Not that I really care, although I suppose it will be interesting to see if Ricky Hatton has manage to make any improvements. Gorman is really young, so I guess it's possible. I'm not so sure about Hatton's abilities as a trainer, though.
