Cableaddict
Garcia wants to move up and face Spence, because he says it's the biggest fight available. Wouldn't Garcia - Loma be even bigger? Which opponent do you think would be tougher? IMO, because Mikey is so fast, he's have a better chance against Loma. Spence is too strong. LondonRingRules
Re: ## SPOILER: Mikey vs Spence, or Mikey vs Lomachenko? --- Spense is too quick, strong, no to mention well Skilled in the same mode Don Curry was, so that's his dilemma. Mikey and his bro Robert are about as savvy a duo existent in box as is Loma and his pop, but mikey dwarfs Loma. I personally don't want either of those fights because of the size discrepancy, but they won't be asking me and so be it.

Ton
Re: ## SPOILER: Mikey vs Spence, or Mikey vs Lomachenko? Worst "non spoiler" thread title ever :haha: Mikey continues to really impress me! A pretty much flawless display that was! I don't mind if he fights either of these two. All the best need to be sharing a ring, and if one is moving through the divisions to do so, then so be it. robprosser
Re: ## SPOILER: Mikey vs Spence, or Mikey vs Lomachenko? Garcia-Spence is essentially a big lightweight versus a big welterweight and Garcia-Loma is a big lightweight versus a big featherweight. Size wins in both matches. The Lomachenko fight would be more competitve though.
LondonRingRules
Re: ## SPOILER: Mikey vs Spence, or Mikey vs Lomachenko? --- I had to quit the Easter fight after 6 rds because of Easters nonengagement, I mean he barely threw a jab that landed. And he was the faster fighter. Mikey slower, but a good technition who relies on timing that could be disrupted by the unorthodox speed of Loma, my conclusion after this regrettable fight. It's his timing AND reflexes. Also his lovely footwork, which is deceptively good both forwards and backwards. I don't know why folks tend to think Mikey's "slow" though. He seems very quick to me, basically because of these exact things. Loma would probably be able to negate his attack, but it would definitely be a competitive fight. As for Easter, man did he ever let me down. He basically fought scared. I honestly he think could have won the fight, if he had a set. LondonRingRules
Re: ## SPOILER: Mikey vs Spence, or Mikey vs Lomachenko? --- I said he was slower, not slow. Hes quick enough to operate in the 99th Percentile of utilizing all of his natural attributes and has always relished a good fight. That's enough for guaranteed HOF entry when he choses retirement. Might I suggest, if you come to this forum soon after a big card is over, and before you've seen those fights, and you see both a BIG RED "SPOILER" warnng in the thread title plus a SECOND "SPOILER" written right after it, that you don't continue reading the title? It's just a thought.
LondonRingRules
Re: ## SPOILER: Mikey vs Spence, or Mikey vs Lomachenko? --- Some of the greatest fights I've seen have come after knowing. Im just happy to be a fight fan who gets to see most of the biggest fights even if I would prefer better conditions. If you watched espn back in their early days of 24/7/365 sports, the results were immediate and nothing you could do about it, no biggie at all.
