Only seen him fight once and one fight of Flanagan. Division became dead when Crawford moved up and he wasn't exactly setting the division ablaze. (though I don't know much about a couple of those guys.) - but I think Taylor has a shot, if the officiating is 100% on the level. Prograis can be hit somewhat easily, and Taylor has great defensive movement. As long as Taylor stays outside, like he did against Davies, he's got a very good chance, maybe even by KO. If he goes inside, though, like he did against Vasquez, then I fear for his wife & children. That will be a classic matchup, if it comes to pass.
