I wish Twitter would hurry up and go bust, if only to see how much chaos it creates in the "news" industry when writers and journalists have to find real stories and do actual research.

Most newspapers and magazines are full of social media and gaming. It's very popular just now and doesn't look like it will ever end.

I was reading Rangers news yesterday and it was ex-Ger wife shares bikini pic to her followers. No news at all. Seems to be the way media are going.

As for Ohara Davies you would think he'd keep his mouth shut after all the talking he's done recently.

I know, and I'm sick to death of it - it's incredibly lazy, but then the media are increasingly not staffed by journalists, they're staffed by people like I used to be, just writing wire copy and reinterpreting press releases.

I wish Davies would learn to shut his mouth and focus on his career. He does seem to have some talent. Although I must admit that I enjoyed watching Josh Taylor make him quit.

--- OK now gavvy, we see more clearly how end up reinterpreting the factual content of boxing record. Thanks for the insight, you rock!

I don't know what you thought those two sentences were going to mean, but whatever it was, they don't.

He does have the talent. Even after Taylor beat him he was bad mouthing Taylor in interviews as if it was a fluke :mlol:

--- It's called ISpeakClumsyOaf syndrome by IPhone gavvy, the twitty alternative that limits viewing space and often changes spellings into new words out of view.

At any rate, we got the 70 something US prez setting his public agenda via twitter when not threatening NKorea, so it's about time you stepped into a new streamlined set of shorts and get with the program.
