repsac
Broner missed weight, needed to strip naked. Called out Ellerbe, talked shit about Charlo, is in a 300K bet with rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine. Oh, and there's a stacked fight card. Charlo facing Centeno, Tank Davis against Cuellar, Rau'shee Warren back in action, the younger brothers of Marcos Maidana and Gary Russell in separate fights, prospect Hitchins and George Arias. Can't wait until tomorrow. Getting there early to witness every second of the action.

Cableaddict
Re: AB ALL DAY. Just kidding. Broner vs Vargas. If Broner ever grows up, he'll finally have the mentality of an 11 year old.
Ton
Re: AB ALL DAY. Just kidding. Broner vs Vargas. This seems to be the closest contest of the evening if the betting odds are to go by! Broner is seemingly the ONLY boxer to unite fans in universal hatred towards him, and I'm in the camp that's hoping to see him beaten as well!? But just hod good is Vargas? Does he have enough to take it to Broner and break him down as we know he can be? Are the Davis and Charlo fights just given victories? Or are they testers for each man? Enjoy the night Repsac! :thumb:
repsac
Re: AB ALL DAY. Just kidding. Broner vs Vargas. Lord, Richardson Hitchins just flatten some dude in the ring. He’s now 5-0 with 3KO’s.

Broner vs Vargas. + undercards [spoilerS] Gervonta Davis Gets Back on Track with 3rd Round TKO Over Jesus Cuellar It was vintage Gervonta Davis on Saturday night as the Baltimore, Maryland native scored an impressive 3rd round TKO over former featherweight champion Jesus Cuellar. With the win, the 23-year old Davis improves to 20-0 (19 KO’s) while also becoming champion for a second time by collecting the WBA junior lightweight championship. Ton
Re: AB ALL DAY. Just kidding. Broner vs Vargas. + undercards [spoilerS] Enjoyable fight once it got going after a few rounds, and the result was probably about right. I gave the fight to Vargas by 2 rounds, but I also scored a few even. Think Vargas was at his best in there in trying to take the fight to Broner and he stole some rounds when Broner just simply failed to engage. In terms of levels it looked like Broner COULD step it up if he really wanted to. He was better last night than in recent years probably, but still should have done better imo. He's been lucky in that a loss here could have spelled the end for him, but now he will at least get a rematch you would imagine. A side note, he's an absolute knobhead when he opens his mouth isn't he!? What was all that shit at the end of the fight? :haha:

Of course, it could be closer, but I disagree with SkySports crew who had Broner ahead after 8 rounds. I think Vargas outlanded Broner in most of the early rounds. I gave 9,10 and 12 for Broner, so I had it 116-112 for Vargas. Draw seems acceptable for me, but lucky for Broner.. It's the kind of fight, when one guy works more and the other lands memorable shots. Broner just didn't do enough in the first part of the fight to neglect Vargas' workrate. Interesting analysis on FightScore. Just 3 rounds unanimously decided so far (2nd and 6th for Vargas and 10th for Broner). Unfortunately there's only been a few cards submitted, despite having quite a lot of sign ups in the last few weeks, which is somewhat frustrating. Maybe people will get aorund to it at a later date, or come on board in future fights.
repsac
Re: AB ALL DAY. Just kidding. Broner vs Vargas. + undercards [spoilerS] Had a blast, although a couple scary moments. At one point i went to the main entrance to hand off a ticket to a friend, and everyone was locked out of the arena because of some type of scuffle outside. Supposedly a gate was knocked down, possible gunshot. Heard from my guy at works at Barclays that rapper 6ix9ine purchased a suite with like 20 tickets. They didn't think anything of it because they didn't know his government name. After about 20 minutes they re-opened the arena to let people in. Kind of figured Charlo and Davis would stop their opponents with relative ease and early. I had Vargas winning by 2 points. Disappointed in Julie Ledermans score card. There was a couple nice prospects on the undercard. Fabian Maidana fights a bit like his brother, but throws straighter punches. Dylan Price improved to 5-0 with 5KO's. Hitchins put his opponent to sleep. Really liked this fighter named Shyngykhan Tazhibay from Kazakhstan fights out of D.C. Nice footwork and counter punching. Davis fighting another cherry-picked opponent, and showing virtually no defense as he swung for the fences. Someone wake me when this kid actually accomplishes something. - And Cuellar with 16 months off, lost his last fight, and never before fought at 130. How exactly was this for a title? Is it the Mayweather connection because it can't be the tatts / ink-work? :haha:
