The_budweiser
Barry McGuigan says the fight is close to being finalised but he can't say if will be Frampton's next fight or were it will take place.
odhranc14
Re: Frampton vs Cruz rematch close to being finalised - who wins? Shane McGuigan in an interview with IFL at the George Groves presser stated that he expects the rematch to be delayed and that we may now see it early 2017. For me, I expect Carl to win easier than he did in the first contest which was a great fight, then again i'm extremely biased...
BoztheMadman
Re: Frampton vs Cruz rematch close to being finalised - who wins? Same thing again. A boxer will always beat a puncher/pression fighter. Go Framps! :box:
LondonRingRules
Re: Frampton vs Cruz rematch close to being finalised - who wins? --- Dismiss SC at your own risk. It was 50-50 and remains so though the venue may shape those odds.
pittbox
Re: Frampton vs Cruz rematch close to being finalised - who wins? Even if it was a good fight, I'm not that keen on the rematch. I think Frampton already proved himself.

repsac
Re: Frampton vs Cruz rematch close to being finalised - who wins? 50/50 fight. Wouldn't be surprised with either fighter winning and it being close on the cards. Any word where this might take place?

I am sorry but I have to react like this: :lmao: He's just posting random, mindless crap to reach the postcount, same as he always does. I picked Frampton first time around and I'd pick him again for the rematch - I don't think Santa Cruz has the beating of him.
Javier Ortega Nieto
Re: Frampton vs Cruz rematch close to being finalised - who wins? The first big fight, probably would choose to be the best of the year. It would be exciting to see again these two beasts face. I think that this time victory was for Santa Cruz so that there was a third haha

Dave_
Re: Frampton vs Cruz rematch close to being finalised - who wins? That was a great fight and i think Frampton will start slight favourite but it could go either way and i certainly won't be putting any of my hard earned on the outcome, boxing needs more fights like this with two warriors going at it in the ring rather than on Twitter or whatever other social media smokescreen they're playing on
mikeboxing
Re: Frampton vs Cruz rematch close to being finalised - who wins? It all depends where they fight. On neutral ground I slightly favor LSC at the moment , but I change my choice every time I think about htis

The_budweiser
Re: Frampton vs Cruz rematch close to being finalised - who wins? The first person to pick the correct winner and result will win a Ringnews24 T-shirt (limited sizes) (from this post onwards) Example: (from Alexander Povetkin vs Alexander Povetkin) Alexander Povetkin PTS Bermane Stiverne SD Alexander Povetkin KO 10 Bermane Stiverne Draw Goodluck
LondonRingRules
Re: Competition (prize to be won) Frampton vs Cruz rematch - who wins? --- Got frampton correct the first fight, but this time I'm thinking SC makes the adjustments for a split decision win. BoztheMadman
Re: Competition (prize to be won) Frampton vs Cruz rematch - who wins? LSC may do a little better this time, but he can't stop Carl, I doubt it. He may be able to edge a close decision and even more likely, get one from the judges on him being the "home guy". In other words, a homecooked decision.
davemurphy
Re: Competition (prize to be won) Frampton vs Cruz rematch - who wins? Most rematches I like to think of it in terms of who I think can "up their game" more. For this one, I happen to think that's Frampton....but it's a close enough call that I'm going Majority Decision.
