dulais_valley
In yet another twist to the Amir Khan v McCloskey pay-per-view saga, Sky Sports have removed the contest from their upcoming fight schedule. The bout was placed on the list for Sky Sports 3 yesterday when news filtered out that bout was no longer a Sky Box Office event and its now been totally removed, along with all Amir Khan build-up articles. When clicking any of the previous Khan v McCloskey news, you are sent an error screen which indicates that the article is no longer there, which does seem strange. Maybe its a technical error and will return, or maybe their will be a statement to clear up the strange happenings in the near future. It just seems there may be more to this story than first anticipated, with the fights screening rights still unconfirmed with just eight days left until the fight at the MEN Arena in Manchester, where Khan will defend his WBA light-welterweight title for the fourth time. WelshDevilRob
Maybe just editeing the old articles as they all probably referred to it as a PPV. Mind, Khan's team are probably not happy with the pay loss. Even though this should never have been PPV.
