Sheils
Nice little tool. Cornwall has beaches and good beer, but is a bit of a drag for boxing. I even fear that Newport is 'as the crow flies' rather than the route over the Severn Bridge that most would take!! 85 miles 2011-05-07 Newport, Wales 113 miles 2011-04-30 Chippenham, Wiltshire 190 miles 2011-04-27 Liverpool, Merseyside

Joel Sebastianelli
New England USA is usally a nice hotbed for fights. We just had the Sergio Martinez fight at Foxwoods in CT in March, and a few ESPN FNF cards as well. Andre Berto and Victor Ortiz square off on April 16th at Foxwoods, and on April 22nd there's an ESPN fight at Mohegan Sun, also in CT. The "Khanquerer" Breidis Prescott vs. Bayan Jargal fight will be the main event, with prospect Demetrius Andrade fighting Omar Bell.

My nearest town is Howden I suppose and frankly Yorkshire's a waste of space for boxing. miles date location 38 2011-04-10 Cleethorpes, Lincolnshire 53 2011-04-28 Hull, Yorkshire 61 2011-05-28 Derby, Derbyshire 63 2011-04-10 Rotherham, Yorkshire 66 2011-04-30 Sheffield, Yorkshire 72 2011-04-08 Barnsley, Yorkshire 79 2011-05-14 York, Yorkshire Why it thinks Cleethorpes is nearer than Hull I have no idea - Howden is 20 miles from Hull in a straight line down the m62 and a63, whereas cleethorpes requires crossing the humber bridge and driving through the wasteland that is Lincolnshire. edsel77x
Lots of stuff down south and east of me, but in el paso the cartels have Run amok! Travel there or any border town is highly dangerous! But great tool I will keep close what watch and start reporting the outcomes and even make it too a few.

RAZZ-MCFC
M.E.N is really the only one near me that ever gets any action! There are other small halls and that but mainly the M.E.N
brooklynbrawler
M.E.N is really the only one near me that ever gets any action! There are other small halls and that but mainly the M.E.N When I lived in Manchester I remember there being some local TV channel that had loads of local fights on late at night (Channel M was it maybe?). Altrincham's had a few fights, Hatton's had a couple there with his promotional company, and there were also a couple of other decent fighters...and Bolton and Sheffield are not too far away, on top of the MEN. Back in Aberdeen, it's basically Lee McAllister or a trip to Glasgow! mlol/

davemurphy
I've always loved that feature on BoxRec, not only to alert you to the upcoming fights but also so you can check the status of the Card each day for changes in the Lineup.
