WelshDevilRob
Enzo Maccarinelli (32-5-0, 25 KO’s) is to make a return to the boxing ring after announcing his intention to shed 20lbs to make the light-heavyweight limit for the first time in his twelve-year professional career. http://www.worldboxingnews.net/2011/02/ ... =BP_recent

donlevy
That's another brutal knockout just waiting to happen.Draining yourself down to a weight - especially when you've been on the receiving end of a several knockout's/stoppages over the last couple of years - you're probably not suited at is dangerous as hell. Crusader
It's not a great idea...the sacrifices to make weight combined with the chronic weakness defensive I fear that expose Enzo a new very hard defeat and having met him, I feel sorry !! WelshDevilRob
Could be another Chris Byrd waiting to happen though he had to lose more weight. Herbie Hide moved down ok though his opposition out in Germany hasn't been too good.
WelshDevilRob
Read the plan is to match him with Nathan Cleverly once Nathan is World Champion. Would be a big seller in Cardiff or Swansea. Enzo needs to get a ranking 1st and I'm sure Warren can match him carefully enough.
londoner
Enzo needs to retire and that's about it. If he doesn't think he can continue at cruiserweight for whatever reason (i assume he just thinks he will be bigger than light heavyweights), draining himself down by 25lbs+ isn't going to help. His losses to Frenkel, Lebedev, Afolabi and Haye were all by brutal KO. He is one of those fighters who is all about: Win by KO or lose by KO. And guys like that shouldn't fight for too long. I can't see who he can beat at light heavyweight with a drained down body anyway.
Faulks
God this is a joke surely? Enzo needs to retire for starters and Warren needs to stop feeding us shite like that as a match up..
