RAZZ-MCFC
Former champion Rafael Marquez was presented with three names for his comeback in the next few months. Marquez plans to return in March and then wants to have a big fight in the summer. He recently met with co-promoter, Zanfer, and he discussed three possible opponents - WBO featherweight champion Juan Manuel Lopez, WBA/IBF featherweight champiuon Yuriorkis Gamboa and WBC super bantamweight champion Toshiaki Nishioka, who may move up to featherweight. Marquez has begun light training after injuring his shoulder in last year's loss to Lopez. He needs to get medical clearance by a specialist to set an exact return date. Juan Robi reports that Marquez is willing to make to any of the three fights. http://www.boxingscene.com/?m=show&id=34786
londoner
I don't want to see a rematch between Marquez and Juanma. I didn't see anything in the first bout that made me think Marquez might win a rematch. I think Gamboa would be too strong too. So maybe he should fight Toshiaki Nishioka. grapevine241
id like to see the rematch between lopez and marquez. marquez's shoulder was injured which severely impacted his chances of winning. he did very well considering he only had one arm IMO...
