LOS ANGELES (November 22) – Golden Boy Promotions is pleased to announce an alliance with Dade Promotions to co-promote unbeaten former Cuban amateur star and current heavyweight contender Luis “The Real King Kong” Ortiz, who will make his Golden Boy Promotions debut on Tuesday, November 26 at the BB&T Center in Sunrise, Fla. with a 10-round bout against former Olympian Alex Gonzalez of Puerto Rico. “I’m proud to be fighting for Golden Boy Promotions and Dade Promotions and I’m going to give a great show on November 26,” said Ortiz. “I’ll be looking for the knockout from the opening bell and as excited as the fans will be, I’m even more excited to be fighting in and representing the United States, which has been my home for the past four years.
