[h=1]Tua-Ustinov co-feature fighter Daniel MacKinnon recovering after brain surgery[/h]Light heavyweight Daniel MacKinnon, who was stopped in the tenth round of an all out war by Robert Berridge in the co-feature for Saturday’s David Tua vs. Alexander Ustinov in Hamilton New Zealand, later collapsed in his dressing room and was rushed to a local hospital in critical condition where he underwent brain surgery. We are happy to report that MacKinnon is now conscious and talking. He is expected to be moved out of intensive care shortly.
