(European) super bantamweight titles, as Cyclone Promotions focus on delivering Carl a world title challenge in the near future. “Carl Frampton has represented both the Commowealth Boxing Council and the European Boxing Union extremely well in his time as champion, of which we are sure both Simon Block of the C.B.C. and Enza Jacaponi of the E.B.U. will attest to.” said Barry McGuigan.
