boxrec
http://static.boxrec.com/wiki/f/f8/Chisora350.jpgEuropean heavyweight champion Dereck Chisora (18-4) will face unbeaten Italian challenger Matteo Modugno (14-0) at the Copper Box Arena on Saturday 30th November. Since being knocked out by David Haye in July last year at Upton Park, Chisora, 29, has won all three fights by stoppage and aims to continue this run against the Italian as he goes in search of another world title shot in 2014. Chisora said: “Modugno won’t be going the distance with me - he’s getting smashed early. He’s young, hungry and undefeated and he’ll come over here looking to take me out, but that’s not happening. I’m packing him back to Italy battered and broken. This is my comeback year and there’s no way he’s going to ruin my road back to the world title.” The Finchley heavy was originally down to face Albanian Arnold Gjergjaj (22-0) but it has been variously reported that either terms could not be agreed, or that Gjergjaj was injured. He is now down to fight in Switzerland on December 26 - Boxing Day. Penge welter Bradley Skeete (13-0) also features on the November 30 Copper Box bill, facing Hornchurch veteran and former British champion Colin Lynes (37-10) for the English welterweight title. Enfield super middleweight Frank Buglioni (10-0) fights over the twelve round distance for the first time, contesting the WBO European super middleweight title against an unnamed opponent. British and Commonwealth middleweight champion Billy Joe Saunders is in action, along with Harrow's Mitchell Smith, who defends his Southern Area super featherweight title against TBA. Evangelou brothers Chris (light welter) and Andreas (light heavy) also put in appearances, having recently signed with Frank Warren. More...
