Wheelchair
I reckon he'd go down in history as the most unlikely Heavyweight Champion ever if he did win. Maybe the stench of Audley crapping himself whilst in the ring will travel up Haye's nostrils and KO him! mlol/

brooklynbrawler
I've been one of Haye's biggest fans up to this point and i've been to plenty of his fights... If he confirms an Audley Harrison fight, then I'm washing my hands of him. I thought it was all a bad joke when the rumours came about, but rather than being "a breath of fresh air" as he promised to the heavyweight division, he will simply be like those before him, if not worse, by being all mouth and no balls. He's faced NOONE of note in the heavyweight division, so he can poke his "breath of fresh air" back up his ass, because that's what he'll have been talking out of all this time... mofo2
Well have to admit Hayes lucky to have dodged the Klits I think its been more circumstance than luck to be fair an he is still relatively new to the division but I just want him to shut them up, there nearly as irritating as the nuthugger patrol that follow them mlol/

WelshDevilRob
The prospect of an all-British world heavyweight title bout between David Haye and Audley Harrison moved a step closer yesterday when Harrison, the 2000 Olympic super-heavyweight champion, gave up his European title. by Ron Lewis Adam Booth, Haye’s manager, said that Harrison was one of six options for the WBA champion’s second defence, due to be in late October or November, with a unification match against Wladimir or Vitali Klitschko still the top priority. But with Harrison’s decision to give up the title he won with a last-round knockout of Michael Sprott in April, rather than defend it against Alexander Dimitrenko, a Ukrainian, it would seem that he is confident that a worldtitle shot against Haye, or one of the Klitschkos, is imminent. The Boxing Writers’ Club held a lunch for Haye in London yesterday, although the guest of honour was absent because his wife, Natasha, who recently gave birth to the couple’s second child, was ill. Instead, it was up to Booth to speak on Haye’s behalf. Booth said that Harrison was among a list of options that also included the Klitschkos, Nikolay Valuev, from whom he won the WBA title last year, and Tomasz Adamek, the former WBC light-heavyweight and IBF cruiserweight champion from Poland. “As a boxing fan, I hate the fight, because Audley has not boxed anyone in the top 20, but I know that maybe David didn’t deserve a shot at Valuev,” Booth said. “Within Britain it will be a fight that people would love to see, but [Haye] will receive a lot of criticism worldwide. He will be called a coward for not facing the Klitschkos and his credibility will be shot to pieces. “Audley has to believe he has more chance of beating David than he does Wladimir or Vitali. I don’t think he lasts four rounds with any of them, but with David he has got to have that belief that he finds his b*****ks and David’s chin at the same time.” Haye is also following the lead of Floyd Mayweather Jr by insisting that random blood testing for drugs will be carried out for all his bouts. A bout between Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao collapsed over Mayweather’s insistence on Olympic-style testing and Booth said that stand inspired Haye. “David wants to use his position to help clean up the sport,” Booth said. Wheelchair
. “Within Britain it will be a fight that people would love to see.” Says who? Everyone the world over wants Haye vs Wlad or Vitali. Audley is booed every time he fights, even in his own backyard. If David somehow loses to Harrison he will have no option other than to shoot himself in the head. He would be known the world over as a fraud and someone who took and easy option and still lost. He'd make Richard Dunn look tough.

Wheelchair
Haye vs Harrison Reportedly Set for November 13th The biggest heavyweight fight in British history may be closer to happening this fall as the Daily Mail is reporting that Audley Harrison (27-4, 20) has signed for a shot at David Haye's WBA Title on November 13. Harrison is expected to earn £1million and the fight could make as much as £5m with Sky TV on PPV, according to the report. The normally vocal Haye (24-1, 22), who had previously been seeking fights with Wladimir and Vitali Klitschko, has been uncharacteristically quiet since his April win over John Ruiz. Haye had spent a fair amount of time taunting and challenging the Klitschko brothers, but has yet to show he is willing to step in the ring with either. Harrison, the 2000 Olympic Gold Medalist has been something of a disappointment as a professional, but put himself in position to face Haye by winning the European Heavyweight Title in April. While this will be a big fight in the UK, it will largely be ignored elsewhere as Harrison is considered by most to be an undeserving challenger. While a mildly interesting fight on paper, the expectation is that Haye will blow Harrison out in the first half of the fight and it will further a profile that is rising rapidly in his native Britain. It will also build up interest in fights with either or both of the Klitschko brothers and the Haye camp is hoping a win will give Haye some extra bargaining power when the time comes. http://bleacherreport.com/articles/407385-david-haye-vs-audley-harrison-set-for-november-13th? Wheelchair
Schaefer: Haye vs Harrison, a 'Big All-British Showdown' Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer thinks a heavyweight showdown between WBA champion David Haye (24-1, 22 KOs), and Olympic gold medal winner Audley Harrison (27-4, 20KOs), would be a "big, all-British showdown." As previously reported on BoxingScene.com, Harrison accepted an offer worth £1million to fight Haye on November 13, with Sky pay-per-view carrying the fight. Harrison's side told UK publication, Daily Mail, they were waiting on Haye's team to finalize the deal. Schaefer has received a lot of positive feedback on Haye-Harrison from the British press. Golden Boy promote Haye in the United States. Schaefer says the final word on a fight with Harrison will come from Haye and his manager/trainer Adam Booth. "The British media was telling me that the English fans were pretty excited about Audley Harrison, and they think that it could become, in England, one of the great showdowns between two British fighters," said Schaefer to BoxingScene.com. "They're both very outspoken and very charismatic, and so we will see. But ultimately, of course, it will be David and Adam Booth of Hayemaker Promotions dictating which way that it's going to go." http://www.boxingscene.com/?m=show&id=28610 ________________________________________________________________________ I would love to know what 'fans' Schaefer has been talking to. One of the great showdowns? He's obviously suffering from some advanced form of mental breakdown! The Harrison fight will be a stinker, we can only hope that afterwards Haye is in the ring with one of the Klitschko brothers.
