Faulks Posted April 23, 2010 Share Posted April 23, 2010 Undefeated WBC super middleweight world champion Carl “The Cobra” Froch and challenger Mikkel Kessler both made weight ahead of their Super Six tournament showdown on Saturday night. Froch 26-0 (20) who admitted recently that he is carrying an injury tipped the scales at 11st 13lb 5oz (167lbs) while former champion Kessler 42-2 (32) weighed in at a slightly lighter 11st 13lb 2oz. (166.75lbs). The contest, for Froch’s WBC strap, is part of Showtime’s wildly successful Super Six super middleweight competition and will take place in Herning, Denmark.
