There was a time, in this country, when the heavyweight championship was the pinnacle of all sports titles and events. Being the president was a close second, maybe.

 

Rocky Marciano epitomized that work ethic that was commonplace at the time. I don't know if we'll see his like again but I am forever hopeful.
