Belfast's European super-bantamweight champion Carl Frampton (16-0) is set to fight Argentina's Fabian Oscar Orozco (20-2-2) on the July 20 Wembley bill.

It will be the Jackal's first appearance since leaving Matchroom, and the first time opponent Orozco has fought outside of his native Agentina, where he picked up the IBF Latino super bantamweight accolade against Ramon Contreras in January.

Orozco has the opportunity to better his Latino title, which he's down to defend against fellow countryman Julian Evaristo Aristule in Santa Fe next week, with Frampton's IBF Inter-Continental version.

Frampton's manager Barry McGuigan said:

"Fabian Orozco is a talented hard punching box/fighter who is coming to Wembley on the 20th of July believing he can beat Carl Frampton. He is rough and uncompromising and will definitely come to fight.

"Carl must win all of his fights as he gets closer to that world title he craves. Orozco's big for the weight and he looks every bit as intimidating as Frampton with his body art.

"They jumped at the chance to take the fight and we know Carl has a scrap on his hands on July 20th and he wants to show the Wembley audience his skills and we feel Fabian Orozco will bring the best out of Frampton and give the Wembley audience an enthralling fight."
