mofo2
"I'm very excited to get back in the ring against Seth on June 22, boxing is my life. The thumb is fine and ive had no problems at all with it for this camp. It's been an easy transition back to boxing from my role as a trainer of Wladimir Klitschko. I expect a smarter and very well prepared Seth Mitchell for this and I can't think of a better way to celebrate my birthday than in the ring on June 22." brooklynbrawler
Re: Banks expects a Smarter Mitchell I don't know whether Mitchell was shown up or if Banks just got lucky last time around, but I don't see this fight being over too quickly or potentially even having the fireworks a lot of people suspect. I have a feeling this will be a more cagey affair which Mitchell will sneak on points...
davemurphy
Re: Banks expects a Smarter Mitchell Yeah, I expect a more tentative Mitchell this time around and nowhere near the fireworks, I'll be surprised if we don't have a pedestrian affair that leaves the fans snoozing

If he can put himself in better conditioning, I'd pick him in a minute for the rematch. Picked Mitchell in the rematch because it looks like he's adjusted and still has the suits on his side. Can't know Banks condition in advance, but neither is going much further than this in boxing, so hope it's a good fight and maybe they can hang around as gatekeepers. mofo2
Re: Banks expects a Smarter Mitchell I didn't think Banks would win first time around I don't believe he will this time, Mitchell ain't going to go marching into trouble this time' he will make concerted efforts to look for openings without fully committing himself, the defeat could very well be the making of him!
