Tyson Fury has claimed that he is greatest fighter of all time ahead of a potential showdown with David Haye. The heavyweight recently claimed that a fight with Haye is imminent and talked up his own ability to superlative levels ahead of the bout. The unbeaten Fury also said that he plans to defeat both Ukrainian brothers Wladimir and Vitali Klitschko after he clashes with Haye."I can beat David Haye because I'm the greatest fighter that's ever lived; that's ever stepped out of Britain," Fury told the Daily Mail."My plan is to knock out Haye, then Wladimir Klitschko, Vitali Klitschko. And then vacate a title for my younger cousin Hughie Fury to beat Mike Tyson's record to become youngest ever heavyweight champion [at 20]."The unbeaten Fury overcame Steve Cunningham in his last fight back in April to extend his record to

Tyson has improved over the years, but no way is he as good as he thinks he is. His size and weight are the key factors in most of his fights, put him in against the likes of Haye or the K bros, and he will lose.

Tyson is gonna end up HOF with a statue resurrected in Madison square Garden of him standing in the ring with all the Great fighters that have gone before him knocked out cold at his feet, right through from Ezzard Charles to Floyd Mayweather....this will undoubtedly happen as Tyson is the best of them all :mlol:

LOL!!!! There's indeed a statue at Madison Square Garden, it's inside at the restaurant/bar and grill, and is of the legendary Joe Gans. It's tradition that fighters who are fighting for the first time at the Garden, rub Gan's glove for good luck. When Tyson saw it before the Cunningham fight, I heard he held out his glove to Gans and said, "Well, I'm waiting.........". Well, okay, I made that part up

Love him or hate him, I can't think of a recent HW, other than Audley when he's talking his "A" Game, that's provided us with more laughs. But unlike Audley, I'll miss him when Tyson's run comes to an abrupt halt. The guy is nothing if not entertaining.

--- Mr. Pink has a vastly inferior heavy record compared to Fury and has already disgraced himself too many times to mention against the Ks.

Fury win/lose/draw will put up a much better fight against the Ks and has shown the boxing ability to kaboob Pink on the end of his jab. We'll just have to wait until Pink can accept short money for that fight.

Re: Tyon Fury "Im the Greatest fighter that has ever lived"

TYSON FURY has landed the fight of his dreams after finally being sent a contract to face David Haye in Manchester.

The outspoken heavyweight launched an amazing broadside at former WBA world champion Haye over delays in completing the deal that could earn them up to £5million each.

But the Hayemaker’s manager Adam Booth confirmed: “We have sent Fury the contract.”

Fury, unbeaten in 21 fights, taunted Haye with claims that his rival from London was running scared and did not want to share a ring with him for fear of chalking up the third defeat of his career.

But Haye’s insistence on sending out the contract as soon as possible after Fury’s verbal dig was his own way of telling the former British title-holder to shut it.

On Friday, Haye’s legal team issued a final offer to Fury and they are expecting it to be signed and sent back by return post.

Haye’s team need need the legalities dealt with quickly in order to confirm the September 28 date for the bout with the Manchester Arena.

One problem the former cruiserweight king must still resolve is a compensation payment to Manuel Charr — the original opponent for his comeback.

Charr was due to face Haye last night but the fight was called off when the 32-year-old suffered a deep ligament injury to his right hand while training.

It is understood that as well as paying Charr around £100,000, there is also a verbal agreement in place for them to box in the future.
