Carl Froch opens up on his life in and out of the ring in tonight’s ‘Britain’s Best: The Gloves Are Off’ boxing special on Sky Sports 1HD at 10pm tonight. The three-time World super middleweight king was joined by fellow British boxing stars David Haye, Amir Khan and Anthony Ogogo in the round table chat about their lives chaired by Johnny Nelson. The meeting of four World champions and the Olympic star make for an hour of must-see TV for sports fans with Froch mixing the hard truth on being a World class athlete with some light-hearted stories of his daily life as Britain’s number one fighter. “I went to a different B Q the other day and it was a mistake,” says Froch on the show. “The B Q I usually go in for my building materials I’m ok, they all know me.
