Faulks
Thats a very very high figure, I heard Roger Mayweather say the fight between Pac and PBF would bring in arond $100.. Surely this cant be bigger than that? I think our friend Richard is just making it out to be a tad bigger than it is.. Though i could be wrong
mofo2
I agree Ian....that amount of money could'nt be generated by Haye vs a Klit fight as either of the brothers have any real pull for the American public...With one exception... if they were to face each other!!! Thats why they bhave kept a German base for their fights! Ive no doubt the fight would generate large amounts, especially if Haye demolishes Ruiz and keeps up the brashness that the American fans seem to enjoy...but how could it be more of a pull than a Manny v PBF fight if the 100 Million is an accurate sum, when half of the World wants to see that fight arguably with only a Klit v Klit fight bigger! grapevine241
haye vs. either klitschko would never sell as a big PPV in the USA because neither are american, most people dont know the klitschkos, and nobody knows haye. mayweather-pacquiao is definitely the bigger fight IMO... not just domestically (USA) but globally as well i think
McBride
What are the figures for Mayweather / Marquez? I think you'll find the biggest numbers for Mayweather fights were when the opponent was well known, Gatti, Oscar, and Hatton. If Haye gets a couple of muppets that he can KO tyson style, the yanks will pay to see him fight a Klitch, particularly Vitali. The trash talk ( if it works ) will almost guarantee that. Faulks
Oh i agree with you on that McBride. Haye will sell.. Just not the 120 mill thats being banded around. Not sure on the official fig for JMM v PBF though i do know hit hammered the UFC in the ratings

There are many things to factor in, particularly Haye finding opponents that he can smash the way Tyson did, before fighting Klitch. Especially if a couple of them are American. The yanks have always looked upon the Heavies as the platinum division, probably because they usually had the best of them. Not too sure but isn't the highest grossing fight ever Lennox / Holy, or Lennox / Tyson?
Faulks
Not sure pal though im 99% sure the ODH v PBF did the most on PPV
WelshDevilRob
I suppose it depends which markets they expect to buy the fight. German and UK along with American in this case.
lacollier883
Whilist I doubt the amount will be what they are talking about, people shouldn't forget the attractiuon with the general public of the Heavyweights
