Ricky Burns vs Kevin Mitchell World championship weigh-in op

The official weigh-in for Ricky Burns and Kevin Mitchell will be open to the public and free-to-attend.

 

Scottish hero Burns, the WBO World Lightweight Champion, puts his title on the line against English rival Mitchell at the SECC in Glasgow on Saturday 22nd September.

 

It's the biggest all-British world title fight in recent years and it's live and exclusive on BoxNation (Sky Ch. 437/Virgin Ch. 546).

 

Burns and Mitchell will weigh-in for their epic fight at the SECC in the Lomond Auditorium on Friday 21st September, followed by the undercard.

Yeah, but a lot of people still make the argument he had poor preparation for that fight and therefore it wasn't a fair test of his ability. Personally I think it's a shite excuse but at least when Burns beats him there can be no more excuses.
