What a great summer for British boxing with lots of medals at the Olympic Games. Nicola Adams showed how exciting women's boxing is when the matching is tight and the stakes are high.

 

In the autumn, the professional season kicks back into action and Left Jab is back at York Hall on 23 September with its characteristic mix of weights, great matching and fast paced action.

 

"Sunday Best" will feature, amongst others, fighters from the legendary TKO gym in Canning Town, Areti Mastrodouka - one of the best female fighters around, and Left Jab-managed fighters, Matt McCarthy, Scott Hartley and debutant Eren Arif.
