Rob- As good as Stevenson was, I always thought the guy who followed him, Felix Savon, would've made a better Pro, I think he was a little bit more mobil. There was something not quite right about that rematch. $$$ for what was an exhibition for a guy who was all but retired... shouldn't take away from his achievements. Had the Cubans not boycotted the '84 Games in L.A., Stevenson would've likely won a fourth, he'd beaten eventual Gold Medalist Tyrell Biggs on several occasions. I always wondered about the Cuban team. I know they are probably the best trained amateur team and they are hugely confident but a young, talented kid ain't got much chance against a seasoned Cuban due to age, strength and experience. Razz- It wasn't the best documentary ever, but it was pretty amazing that they started them so young, that would never fly in a western civilization.
