July 26, 2012 - HBO Sports, known for its innovative, award-winning productions, sets the stage for the September super middleweight title fight between Andre Ward and Chad Dawson with the documentary special 24/7 ROAD TO WARD/DAWSON debuts SATURDAY, AUG. 25 (midnight-12:30 a.m. ET/PT), exclusively on HBO.

 

Other HBO playdates: Aug. 26 (11:00 a.m.), 27 (12:30 p.m., 6:30 p.m., midnight), 30 (2:45 a.m.) and 31 (7:30 p.m.), and Sept. 1 (10:30 a.m., 12:20 a.m.), 4 (1:55 a.m.), 6 (1:30 p.m., 10:00 p.m.) and 8 (11:15 a.m.)

 

HBO2 playdates: Aug. 28 (4:15 p.m.) and 30 (10:30 p.m.), and Sept. 7 (10:30 p.m.)

I hope they come up with a new wrinkle to 24/7, both Andre Ward and Chad Dawson are low-key guys and if they stick with doing the normal 24/7 routine then I can't see this sparking anyone's interest.

This could be the most boring build up and actual fight that has ever happened.

 

Both are quiet guys at the best of times, and neither are known for gutting it out in the ring.

The show will probably be more interesting than the fight. I like HBO 24/7 shows that don't include the usual names of Mayweather, Manny, Marquez and Mosley. I love the insight.
