iamasadlittleboy
Lee Selby's record of 13-1 (5) makes it seem like he's not a puncher, it's a sub 50% stoppage rate...however... Selby didn't score a single stoppage in his first 8 fights (going 7-1, 0). In those fights he was fighting as a Super Featherweight or a Lightweight and often significantly outweighed. In fact in 2 of those first 8 bouts Selby was outweighed by a stone or more (130 to 144 against Buckley and 135.5 to 150 against Jimmy Briggs). At Featherweight however Selby is a serious hitter and is amazingly 5-0 (5) at 126lbs with impressive wins over Stephen Smith and the teak tough John Simpson with both of those left on the canvas... A serious case of a misleading record.
Joe Ko
He looks to me like a fighter who can take from step from the domestic scene and be a credible world title challenger and maybe a belt holder one day
Meathead
Hes a very very underated fighter. He is a lot more powerful than his record shows. In recent fights hes planted his feet a bit more, and from a spectators eye, he seems to have switched his punching style up a bit. Those combined with settling at a weight that hes suited to, seems to be really helping him.
WelshDevilRob
He has everything but needs to be kept busy. I was in press row for his last fight and he forced the stoppage - the opponent could have stuck around with most but Selby wanted to "go for it" - he hit and got hit to get the finish against the famous 'TTG'.
