Former IBF and WBA light-welterweight champion, Amir Khan and current WBC champion Danny Garcia came head to head at their press conference yesterday to announce their July 14th contest taking place at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, and the conference delivered more fireworks than expected!

 

Garcia delivered the usual lines of what a fighter usually says, stating that nobody has seen the best of him and that he cannot wait to show the world what he is about, but it was his father Angel Garcia that had some choice words for the Bolton boxer, going so far as to call him overrated.

I watched this on YouTube Garcia’s father is a complete idiot, and sadly his son seems really proud of him.

 

I am not Khan’s biggest fan although I hope he embarrasses Garcia for this.

I thinkk Khans a prat but he doesnt annoy me that much. Hes just young and a bit too full of confidence sometimes.

 

That said he may have just had the title of biggest prat in Boxing taken off him!!

 

What a knob! It just showed to me that they feel they have to get to Khan outside the ring because his son doesnt stand a chance inside it.
