Germany's Cagri Ermis reached the, at least so far, highlight of his up-and-down career on Saturday night when he captured the vacant World Boxing Federation (WBF) World Middleweight title by defeating Portuguese Vitor Sa at the Braamkamp 1 arena in Hamburg.

With clever boxing from the outside, Ermis controlled the fight with sharp and well-timed punches from the get-go, and rarely allowed Sa to get close enough to do any damage.
