Tommy Morrison 10. Henry Akinwande These were the big names of the 1990s heavyweight era: Lennox Lewis, Evander Holyfield, Riddick Bowe, Oliver McCall, Mike Tyson, Frank Bruno, Ray Mercer, Tommy Morrison, Donovan Ruddock, Herbie Hide, George Foreman, Tony Tucker, Michael Moorer, Bruce Seldon, Shannon Briggs, Andrew Golota, Henry Akinwande, Larry Donald, Buster Mathis Jr, David Tua, Ike Ibeabuchi, Michael Grant, Francois Botha. Lewis and Holyfield take their places easily at number 1 and 2 IMO. Every other fighter is up for debate.
davemurphy
Still thinking about the order of my list and how high to place Ike Ibeabuchi. I thought about Ike, but I just couldn't do it based simply on the narrow Tua win and KO'ing Chris Byrd. He was only on the World Stage for two years, the Tua win taking place in June 1997 and his being jailed in July 1999.
WelshDevilRob
Ray Anis, David Izon, Alexander Zolkin, Zeljko Mavrovic, Courage Tshabala, Corrie Sanders, Oleg Maskaev, Joe Hipp and Alex Garcia were all contenders.
