WelshDevilRob
This Saturday at T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas, Errol Spence (28-0, 22 KOs) vs Teremce Crawford (39-0, 30 KOs). All four welterweight belts on the line. Who takes this one? 1
Ledhed1
I'm leaning Crawford here. It's razor close when comparing but I perceive Crawford has that extra "dog" quality that'll spell the difference. We're likely to see this matchup twice if not three times. Buckle up!
mofo2
It surprises me how few people are backing Crawford, personally I cannot see anything else but a win for the lad, he is so underrated in my opinion! 2
LondonRingRules
--- Craw the slight fav in the betting, likely because Spence rusty and off balance in his comeback fight from near death Ferrari tumble. I would've picked Spence before, but now 50/50. Sparring with l'l floydy gives him the boxing edge. Craw's trainer BoMac pushing 450lbs may expire in the fight excitement. He's put on 200lb easy in just the last year when he was already fat. Hope for the best, but don't really believe Craw at age 35 is really at his best anymore either. 1

What ive seen the pundits are split, with fans making the most noise giving Crawford a limited chance, the man is P4P for me, he is so undervalued its embarrassing, he would have been a success in any era. 1

Canelo, Mike Tyson picking Crawford. What pundits are picking Spence? Edited July 28 by WelshDevilRob
Cableaddict
Both these guys are a little past their prime, so it's hard to pick. 3 years ago, it would be Crawford all day long, but his is a more athletic and energetic style, which is more susceptible to age than Spence's steamroller offense. I still say Sweet T via KO, but I wouldn't actually bet on it.

Crawford is undervalued because his limited social IQ don't understand that he doesn't tick the public boxes like Spence does who used to be seen as something of a savior, the whole reason Manny wanted to fight him and not Craw.

Talk about damning with faint praise!!!

Just took this picture, from my group on FB. Just pure hardcore fans. By my maths, they're picking Crawford by a landslide. Where are you getting your opinions from? Cleaners and Binmen? 😉

WelshDevilRob
That was class. I don't see any need for a rematch, at welterweight. Spence should move up and see how it goes.

Interesting that a lot have suggested that Spence entered the ring looking high?

Interesting that a lot have suggested that Spence entered the ring looking high? That would account for him fighting like he was in a daze. As good as Crawford was Spence was awful. Slow, lethargic and no punch resistance. The first knockdown was from a solid jab. 1
LondonRingRules
--- Only seen the KD highlights, but he started looking out of sorts and off balance like the Ugas fight. Clearly he's lost something over these 3 years of the post crash along with rust accruing. Haymon has paid him a fortune, so take the rematch if he still wants it and retire. His speech is almost unintelligible. 2
selij
That "soft, southern drawl" has turned in to brain damage and punch drunk syndrome, something clearly not right with Urrrrrl's speech and head - ballooned from the first KD. Obv legacy damage from the stupid car crash. He should forget the rematch and bow out of the game, but I fear he (sadly) won't. The fatter the trainer, the better the boxer I think Bud should step up again and fill both of the Charlos in. What a pair of swervers / duckers they are. LondonRingRules
--- The 154 Charlo is supposed to be signed to fight Canelo, and the 160 version currently has a broken nail or maybe a hemorrhoid or both and can't fight anyone, so Bud better give in to be the lesser % or they won't consider him.
selij
Plant had a swing at Canelo as well as Charlo, mussta been on the Columbian marching powda.

This was arguably the most complete systematic beatdown of a fighter ive ever seen, taking into consideration the quality and status of both of men this shouldnt have happened, but by the end of the 7th round Spence's corner should have thrown the towel in, I was seriously worried was going to get hurt, there is no value in a rematch because the gulf in class was immeasurable.
