WelshDevilRob
Gennadiy Golovkin (42-2-1, 37 KOs), is reportedly walking away from the sport. He hasn't fought since the Canelo Trilogy fight. He turned down a fight with Erislandy Lara. Jamie Munguia is interested in fighting 'Triple G'. But, Erik Morales (Munguia's trainer) had this to say: "What I understand, what I was told by the (promotional) company is that Golovkin told them that he is leaving boxing for an indefinite period of time. If he decides to come back, he will let everybody know" GGG is 40 and has been a professional since 2006. It makes sense to call it a day. He's had a fabulous career and is a Hall of Famer. Am sure his bank balance is healthy. Edited March 31 by WelshDevilRob
