The_budweiser
Prob bit late with this news, cant see it though 41yo Jameel “Big Time” McCline, 4 time World Title Heavyweight boxing contender, to plow out of retirement this Fall. For reasons only a man after a World Title can understand, McCline hopes to regain boxing distinctions recently dominated by foreign heavyweight fighters. “I want to be the American to reclaim the Title from the Europeans.” Jameel McCline currently resides and will begin training in Delray Beach, FL. He left boxing over 2 years ago ranked in the world top ten, a ranking which he held most of his career. After 4 chances at the World Title, which were inundated with injury, loss and dubious scoring which has notoriously plagued boxing. McCline hopes to put all that behind him to make yet another run at the ultimate prize that has eluded him for so long. By involving himself in the field of fight promotions and commentating, he will be able to organize his first few comeback fights before involving Don King to facilitate his dream of a unprecedented fifth world title shot. “Three of the four Title fights I had were against foreign Boxers. American boxing as a sport needs the leadership of a world class fighter that knows what it takes to stand at the top the world heavy weight division. I truly believe that I have become that fighter”. Jameel has fought at the top and all around the World, including Russia, China, Mexico, Germany and Switzerland. It was not unusual to see him regularly on HBO, Showtime, ESPN or PPV events. “I believe this will be a smooth transition back into the fight game, as I really never stopped training and taking care of my body said McCline. The goal is to be the American who takes back the Title.”
