Behind on one card http://boxrec.com/en/event/778294/2296686 I had him well ahead, Boz. Hes battled cancer and survived a horrendous motorcycle crash, the cut wasnt as bad as most Ive seen. And he would have seen the fight thru and still won easily. He's got the killer punch, which is something you cant teach, but he's not as slick as Andre. He's got the killer punch, which is something you cant teach, but he's not as slick as Andre. Kind of agree with this assessment of the fight. Although i had it even after 6, with Dirrell winning all the rounds until the stoppage. Dirrell kind of fought exactly how he usually does, but he got pushed to the ropes far too often in the first half of the fight. I know there was a lot of bad blood leading to the fight with the face off and then at the weigh in, but Dirrell seems a bit unsportsmanlike after being declared the winner. Even telling Yildirim to "go back to Turkey" Yea, Dirrell even refused to make a proper attempt to pronounce Avni's surname correctly on the 'PBC Countdown' show...a little disrespectful. I assiduously avoid both dirrels, but that night I tuned in to see Uzcategui for the first time, and he did not disappoint, nor did dirrel fail to flop into his fainting goat syndrome. Yea his uncle, Leon Lawson Jr, assaulted Uzcategui. He faced felony charges for it which were later reduced to a 'misdemeanor' for which he served over a year's suspension (UK suspended sentence). The oldest of the 3 Dirrell brothers was fighting in the crowd and had to be ejected from the arena (with the dreadlocks).
