LondonRingRules
Re: Joe Joyce vs Bryant Jennings --- Bryant was a very speedy runster vs Wlad. Chose to trade with Ortiz and paid the price. Never seen Joyce fight, but the social media pegs him as slower than Christmas.
selij
Re: Joe Joyce vs Bryant Jennings I would imagine the Bryant of now is way past his sell-by shop date, altho shouldnt be @34. He was very poor vs Rivas on espn+ recently in a triple belter. Now Rivas steps up for the Bodysnatcher Whyte and Bryant steps down for Joyce. 2019-01-18 Bryant Jennings vs Oscar Rivas 12 rounds, IBF International Heavyweight Title, vacant NABF Heavyweight Title, WBO NABO Heavyweight Title https://yadi.sk/d/iF4wagI-mTeUTw Joyce was a better than average SHW Ama, but he has a strange boxing-by-numbers style and - for me - hasnt translated well at all thru to the pro HW ranks. He has a 'bomb' - of sorts - but his combos certainly lack any accuracy and definitely lack power. I dont predict a long career for Joyce at all, as he will surely come a'cropper vs. even the likes of Joe Parker, Del Boy Chisora and Breazeale and certainly would against Whyte, AJ, Wilder and the business-enders. Cableaddict
Re: Joe Joyce vs Bryant Jennings Joyce has the most embarrassingly ridiculous punch technique I've ever seen in the pros. I know what his amateur record / achievements list is, and I cannot believe it can possibly be the same guy. Watching him fight as a pro could literally cause milk to fly out of your nose.
