LondonRingRules
---This little brawling jewel off the public radar in Tiajuna this Sat, Brandon Rios whom everyone used to love to hate when he was champ missing weight while squeezed into the smaller divs, and Humberto Soto a very serious and quiet 2 div champ looking for a title shot at welt. and, yeah, Rios still a tub at the weighin. I'm going with Soto in an upset. He's a solid technician with a subtle pressuring style.
