Wasn't Sam Langford a heavyweight champion? He was 5'6.

 

He was the black heavyweight champion but wasn't allowed to fight for the proper one, and then I think he was going to fight Johnson but it never happened.

We will not see a heavyweight champion with that kind of size in the next 10 years at least.

I´d love to watch a 6 ft tall hungry man cutting down all the trees that now are at the top lists, but it will be so so difficult.

I've got high hopes for Colombian puncher Oscar Rivas. KABOOM is under 6ft.

Iron Mike is definitely the greatest 'short' heavyweight boxer of all time! Saw his show in Vegas a few months ago, glad to see him doing well after everything he's been through.

I am also happy that Mike now has defeated his demons. Another "Short fighter" who deserved the World Champion title was David Tua, 1.78 cm of tremendous left hook. He defeated several world champions but the only chance for the title was against Lennox Lewis :rant:
