The_budweiser
Re: [spoilers] Sky Sports - Round by Round Kris Agyei-Dua vs Ben Hall Interesting mix of styles, Dua was light on his feet and liked to move while Hall was very compact and only threw when necessary. I was enjoying the fight until the ref stopped it in round 6. Bit premature for me, and the crowd weren't happy with the decision. Maybe the result was inevitable, Dua was maybe tiring as he sat on the ropes most of round 5 - We won't know now. Do you agree with the stoppage? selij
Re: [spoilers] Sky Sports - Round by Round Do you agree with the stoppage? I think it was the right decision for the level of the fight Bud. Only a southern area title. There was nothing coming back even though (I agree) he wasnt being proper filled in. Had it been a world title fight I believe the ref would have let it go on a wee bit longer.
iamasadlittleboy
Re: [spoilers] Sky Sports - Round by Round Khomitsky slowed massively...but I wonder if his idea is fighting to gas out Ryder...interesting few rounds coming up
The_budweiser
Re: [spoilers] Sky Sports - Round by Round Nasty accidental head clash in round 2 which resulted in a nasty cut over Ryder's eye. Khomitsky throwing more left hands to try open up that cut more. Even tried rubbing his head into the cut at one point. Going into round 5 now. selij
Re: [spoilers] Sky Sports - Round by Round I have Khomitsky just ahead on pts. Ryder throwing cleaner more effective accurate punches - but not enough. Ryder gonna have to stop him soon. That cut aint getting any better the longer it goes on. selij
Re: [spoilers] Sky Sports - Round by Round I have Ryder just ahead on pts now. Nothing like as far ahead as Sky have him ahead. Very poor showing from Ryder not being able to KO the weak and run down 41 yr old Khomitsky. Last round now...
The_budweiser
Re: [spoilers] Sky Sports - Round by Round Fight was scrappy, I didn't score it and didn't the commentator say something along the lines of no point scoring it Ryder's well ahead. Seemed close to me but Ryder should nick it. It was hard work watching that fight.

selij
Re: [spoilers] Sky Sports - Round by Round Fight swings again! Hibbert well back in it landed a few good power shots toward end of R8. Maybe evn at the moment on cards.
selij
Re: [spoilers] Sky Sports - Round by Round R9 maybe just to Hibbert. Still toe to toe.
selij
Re: [spoilers] Sky Sports - Round by Round Hibbert bossed R10. Martin has either gassed or taken a 2min breather in that rd. Martin landed a couple of good counters toward end of rd.
selij
Re: [spoilers] Sky Sports - Round by Round R11 to Hibbert. Experience showing now. Both fighters tired but still throwing punches. Cracking fight.
selij
Re: [spoilers] Sky Sports - Round by Round Controversial ending. Ref saying he missed the count seemed to jump up on 9. Dont think it was a stoppage. We'll see in the official announcement in a min. Hibberts experience came thru in end. Martin got a great future hes only 21. selij
Re: [spoilers] Sky Sports - Round by Round Hibbert ahead on all 3 cards if it had gone to pts. Yes announced as a KO. So ref said he failed to beat the count. you could see ref on replay count 9 and then Martin jumped up. Basically left it too late.
selij
Re: [spoilers] Sky Sports - Round by Round Bottler Groves. R1 very cagey start from both fighters. GG landed a good right cross early on and another one later on. R1 to GG (just)
The_budweiser
Re: [spoilers] Sky Sports - Round by Round R1 Groves R2 Groves - Throwing jabs, landing more with his 1,2s. Groves is very wide and leaving big gaps when he throws his hooks or over hand rights, dropping hands a bit as well.
selij
Re: [spoilers] Sky Sports - Round by Round R2 deffo all GG. Luisa's face already bloodied from GG stiff jabbing. Luisa's legs look very spindly and weak.
The_budweiser
Re: [spoilers] Sky Sports - Round by Round R3 Groves - Di Luisa just doesnt look interested all at all. Groves should get the stoppage if the fight continues the way it is.
